What are the lease terms and application requirements?
We offer 6, 9, and 12 month lease options. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, submit proof of income, complete a background screening, and satisfy our credit criteria.
What is the application fee, admin fee, and deposit?
The non-refundable application fee and administrative fee are $75 each per applicant aged 18 and older. The security deposit is $150 for a one-bedroom apartment and $250 for a two-bedroom apartment. Additional deposits may be required for applications that are conditionally approved.
How do I schedule a tour?
Tours may be scheduled online through our contact page or by calling the leasing office directly. We also welcome walk-ins during regular office hours!
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer both reserved and general parking for residents. Guest parking is also available.
